I am Zach Twigg, and I’m a licensed realtor serving Washington DC and Virginia.
 
I call Shaw, Washington DC home, where I live with my partner and our dogs. But for most of my life, I have been searching for what makes a house a home.

Since growing up, I have lived in seven different homes between Northern Virginia and DC. From a cabin in the country, to a condo in the city, each home was unique from the next. But in those differences, I learned to appreciate how each home can be right for us at specific times in our lives.

I brought my search for what makes a house a home to college, where I studied interior design. In the classroom, I learned to master the details of what makes otherwise regular rooms and spaces unique.

Now, as a realtor, I have the privilege to bring my passion for the search to you.

I have been a licensed realtor for five years. In those five years, I have been part of my clients’ home owning journeys from renting their first place in their budding career, to buying the home they plan to spend the rest of their life in.

Of course, success to me means finding and securing my clients their dream home. But more importantly, how we achieve that success matters. By working together, I commit to providing an authentic, comfortable transaction experience. I believe in treating every client as an equal partner, and friend throughout the home selling experience.
