Jason Martin has been selling homes in the DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland region for over a decade. His team has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal as one of the top teams in the country. Jason is proud to say he was born in Washington, DC, and now resides with his wife and three children in Alexandria, VA. It is his easygoing demeanor that clients find most exciting, and he understands one happy client leads to many referrals.

John Coleman graduated from Univ. of Michigan with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in History. After graduating in 2007, he spent the summer in his hometown of Detroit, MI, running a junior sailing team before moving to DC that fall.

Prior to real estate, John worked in consulting with CEB (now Gartner) and in sponsorship/sales with the local World TeamTennis franchise the Washington Kastles.

After two years of working with the Kastles, John had the opportunity to be a showing assistant with the Jason Martin Group. Through hard work and premium customer service, John worked his way up to become a Managing Partner. John assists buyers and sellers and has quickly become a prominent agent in the DC metro area, and was recognized by DC Real Producers Magazine as a Rising Star within the industry in both production and customer service. With an eye toward educating buyers, John has launched #coffeewithcoleman to help clients, consumers and other agents make the best decisions possible when exploring real estate in the DC metro area.

In his spare time, John enjoys sailing, watching sports, and hanging out with his wife and friends at all the new restaurants DC has to offer. John owns a home in the Hill East neighborhood, where he and his wife like to frequent The Pretzel Bakery and Trusty’s when they are not out walking their rescue pup, Lola.

Charles has worked in real estate since graduating high school in 2007. He has worked with investors and homeowners to manage and create revenue for their income properties throughout the Washington metropolitan area. His top priority is building a sustainable relationship with his clients, managing their expectations and utilizing the resources from the network he has built to ensure a professional and customer service based experience.

A native Washingtonian, Charles knew at a young age that he was destined to build a career in real estate. Charles attended Henry Smothers and Takoma for elementary school, Paul JHS for middle school, Gonzaga College High School, and graduated from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA.

Charles began his career in real estate working for a local real estate team every winter and summer break in college as a transaction-to-close specialist. After graduation, Charles went on to work as a property manager and leasing agent, overseeing 400+ units ranging from single-family homes to condos to small apartment buildings in Washington, DC.

Over his career he has gained valuable, hands-on experience and knowledge to help you with your real estate needs. Through many of Charles’ friends and family asking him for advice, he finally decided to become a real estate agent, leveraging his experience to help others on their journey to ownership.

Charles is committed to making a difference in the Washington metropolitan area through real estate. The greatest joy for Charles is helping others understand the importance of homeownership as a path to build wealth for oneself and family. It’s the best of both worlds since he can work and do the same for himself, thus practicing what he preaches.

Zach is a rare native Washingtonian who has lived here all his life with the exception of college. Zach attended the University of Pittsburgh, better known as Pitt. He has remained active in his alumni association where he served for several years as the President of the Chesapeake and Potomac Pitt Club.

Upon returning back to DC after college, Zach started working in construction management. He worked in different capacities within the industry as an assistant project manager for a custom home builder, project engineer for a commercial construction company, and a commercial construction consultant. After this he worked in property management for several years before making a lateral move into real estate. This knowledge base has provided Zach with a greater understanding of issues that can impact his clients and how to best navigate them.

Zach currently resides in Montgomery County, MD, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. When he's not working or spending time with family, Zach enjoys supporting local sports teams and attending concerts at the 930 Club and the Anthem.

By combining Howard's 30+ years of business experience with Jason Martin Group's exposure and world-class technological leadership, he is especially well-equipped to help those buying and selling homes, as well as investors looking for outstanding opportunities. Currently living in NE DC, Howard knows DC intimately and appreciates all DC has to offer his clients. He has three grown children, fortunately living nearby in DC.

Rob came to DC in 2000 from Massachusetts to be close to two of his three daughters and their families. He's lived in Capitol Hill, Chevy Chase, Maryland, and now lives near American University Park. Walking and riding bikes around the city gives him a chance to keep a pulse on the changes in our area. He thoroughly enjoys providing solutions for clients' unique needs for a new home.

Mariah Hensley - Operations Manager

Mariah Hensley hails from St. Paul, MN, where she returned after graduating from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. She began working in the financials for Kimpton Hotels at The Grand Hotel Minneapolis. After a year of learning the ropes within the hospitality industry, she wanted to relocate with opportunity for growth, knowing it was the time in her life it would be easiest to do so. That opportunity took form of another role within the financials for Kimpton Hotels, bringing her to The Hotel George in Capitol Hill. Two years of knowledge absorption and character building later, she realized she desired a more operational role. Cue Jason Martin Group.

Mariah has fallen in love with DC and the diversity of the neighborhoods it’s comprised of. She is regularly in Rock Creek Park with her German Shepherd, Bruno, and likes to take advantage of the accessibility to DC’s museums and unique events.
