    • We will constantly monitor the house to make sure it’s in showing condition.
    • Continue following up with guests from the open house and agent showing
    • Market for all open houses
    • We are constantly monitoring the market and will update you about any potential new competition

     

    Showings

    • We will schedule showings and open houses at your convenience.  We can arrange to call you before agent showings to notify you of their expected arrival.
    • All potential buyers that are unrepresented by agents may call our offices and one of our agents will show them the property.
