Jason Martin

Jason grew up in Calvert County, Maryland but he loves living and working on Capitol Hill. Jason is truly passionate about the people, homes, and businesses that make up the community of Capitol Hill. He knows the local real estate market and prides himself on providing his clients with exceptional service.
After graduating, in 2000 from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, Jason worked as a sports reporter in Augusta, GA and Wilmington, NC. In 2003, Jason began his career in real estate with Coldwell Banker. With his background in sales, communications, journalism, and business development, Jason quickly became one of the top agents in the DC area, earning the Coldwell Banker (Capitol Hill) Rookie of the Year and the International Presidents Club Award for High Sales Volume and Excellent Client Service/Care.
In 2005, Jason joined with other enthusiastic Capitol Hill agents to form a new brokerage in Washington, DC. Keller Williams Capital Properties brings the next generation of brokerage and agent to DC. Jason continues to be an owner and active partner in KWCP. In 2007, Jason won the Keller Williams Gold Award for Highest Office Sales Volume.
While Jason specializes in Capitol Hill, he is experienced with the real estate market throughout DC and Maryland.
Ben Puchalski

Ben Puchalski was born and raised in Syracuse, New York but has made his home in Washington, DC since 2003 after graduating from St. Lawrence University with a B.S. in Government and Environmental Studies.
After college, Ben decided to go full time into real estate as both a realtor and as an investor. He brings both his professional as well as his personal experience in Real Estate to work for his clients. Ben is keen to market changes and was able to get in early on the REO or Bank Owned Resale of Foreclosed properties.
Ben is licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia.
Jenn Smira

Smira was born and raised in Portland, OR and moved to Washington, DC in 2004 after residing in Sarasota, FL.
For the past decade Jenn had been working in the Natural Products industry as a technology sales associate for a firm based out of Florida. A top selling producer for the company six straight years, and an advocate for natural and organic well - being, Jenn decided to pursue her lingering obsession for DC real estate and believes no matter how many times you stroll down the same city block, you always observe something new: a truly delightful architectural market we are in.
Jenn is licensed in DC and Virginia.
Holly Utt

Holly grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Education, she was a first grade teacher in Frederick, Maryland. While staying home with her two boys, Holly’s volunteering led to full time positions as Special Events Director for the American Heart Association and Development Associate at The Washington Tennis and Education Foundation.
Now, Holly uses her marketing and communication expertise to handle the marketing and contract to close process for our group. Holly is a licensed in DC and Maryland.
Susie Clark

Susie was born and raised in Northeastern Oklahoma, settling in Tulsa for many years. She moved to Northern Virginia in 2005 and quickly found herself in Real Estate in Centreville, Va. In 2008 she began working with a Preservation Company, managing the repairs and maintenance on foreclosed homes. Susie uses her experience to think outside the box to manage the work flow and processes of our REO bank owned division.
